Seneca Creek State Park’s Winter Lights Festival Returns Nov. 29

The fine folks at Seneca Creek State Park are hard at work on this year’s annual Winter Lights Festival. Continue your family’s tradition of starting the holiday season with a meandering trip through the impressive lights displays, from the expertly wrapped trees, to ‘moving’ displays, and more. The Winter Lights Festival boasts an incredible 450 lighted scenes along the 3.5 mile drive through the park. And there is nothing cozier than seeing twinkling lights from the comfort of your own car while you play seasonal songs and sip a hot drink.

Pay for your car in advance for a savings, and then pile your loved ones in the car to continue (or start!) this yearly holiday tradition. The Winter Lights Festival runs November 29 through December 31 each day except December 25. Entries begin at 6 p.m., and certain nights include additional events like Smore’s Lights and Wine Under the Lights.
